As Development Managers we facilitate the end to end development process, enabling members to internalise developer profits and avoid having to pay sales, marketing & transaction costs that are passed onto buyers of Off The Plan developments. These savings are typically around 15% of the cost of a new home.

Since 2010 we have created 9 collectives building 60 homes across Melbourne in suburbs like Northcote, Thornbury, West Melbourne, North Melbourne, Brunswick, Brunswick West & St Kilda.
In 2018 we were recognised for our contribution to housing market innovation as recipients of The Urban Developer Award for Excellence in Commercial Innovation.
Our team has over 15 years experience with this model of housing delivery, currently managing over $70m worth of projects.
