In November 2024, Community Housing Industry Association (CHIA) Victoria launched it’s 10 Year Roadmap for Growth report, “Reshaping the Future of Community Housing”.
Property Collectives Advisory was engaged to investigate alternative methods for the delivery of more social housing to assist in the development of the roadmap.
The findings from our work, allowed CHIA Vic to formulate its general policy and advocacy focus with the Victorian Government in pursuing some of the alternative methods recommended, and in preparing members to be opportunistic in growing their portfolios when and how they can.
