In 2017 our fourth Collective formed with the purchase of 11-17 Ireland Street West Melbourne, a 409m2 site with a north-east frontage, laneway access to the south and east and around 100m from North Melbourne station.
We are building 7 x four-storey 3 bedroom townhouses. The design features two floors of bedrooms and two floors of living with a separate kitchen/dining and living spaces. Click on this link to review a copy of the town planning drawings.
The irregularly shaped lot in a tight inner city location presented the biggest design challenge with this project. This is the only project to date where we were forced to obtain our permit via VCAT.
Construction is due to be completed in 2023.
