Property Collectives Advisory was appointed by Cooperation Housing WA to provide development finance advisory and secure competitive major bank construction debt financing for their 25-home Kyloring Housing Cooperative project. An over 55s seniors cohousing community supported by the Department of Communities WA and located in the Witchcliffe Eco Village near Margaret River in WA.
Over a period of 5 months, we:
- Worked with the Client to create a detailed Information Memorandum explaining the project and innovative structure.
- Identifed 7 interested debt fiananciers
- Conducted an RFP
- Recommended a shortlist of preferred financiers
- Made a final recommendation to the board
- Provided advisory to the Client during the formal approval process
