Charbel’s experience over the past 16 years working for renowned ASX listed institutional developers, Mirvac and Cedar Woods, along with Brookfield Properties, spans a broad spectrum of projects and all phases of the development cycle including large scale greenfield residential master planned communities, integrated townhouse and apartment developments, office, retail, heritage adaptive reuse and associated community infrastructure.

This experience extends across upfront project visioning, structuring, feasibility, capital raising, project governance, end to end development management through to leasing and community development.

Charbel has long been a champion of community connectedness and resilience building, which is intrinsic to his development approach and ethos.

Charbel is deeply passionate and curious around how the design of places and systems can prioritise design excellence, social capital, environmental sustainability, health and wellbeing and its core elevate the human experience.
